Kam is a great instructor and I highly recommend him. He ensures the basic fundamentals are done right. He has great tips and knowledge about the road test and routes. A Victoria driving instructor wants ICBC to crack down on alleged queue jumpers, who he says are coming to Vancouver Island to take their road tests.
